Clone Firm Warning

The Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning regarding an unauthorized website operating under the name pinnaclesweb.com. The regulator stated that the entity is a clone firm falsely using the details of the genuine authorised firm Pinnacle Wealth Management LLP. The fraudsters have been contacting individuals using the telephone number +447741354988 and the email address support@pinnaclesweb.com. The genuine firm, Pinnacle Wealth Management LLP, holds Firm Reference Number 582859 and has no connection to the clone entity. The regulator noted that consumers dealing with unauthorized firms do not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or protection from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
