UK expansion and Bennetts integration

Hagerty's £34 million acquisition of Bennetts, the UK's second-largest specialty motorcycle insurance broker, completed in the third quarter and is expected to lift British revenue to approximately £25 million. The transaction extends Hagerty's enthusiast vehicle model into the UK motorcycle market, positioning the firm both as a capacity provider for high-value collector accounts and as a direct competitor in specialist motorcycle placement.

Global membership growth and financial guidance

Globally, Hagerty added a record 402,000 new members during the first nine months of 2026, pushing written premium up 17.7% to $1.10 billion. Total reported revenue fell 7.1% to $1.02 billion following an accounting restructuring where Hagerty Re took 100% of the US quota share under its Markel Fronting Arrangement, up from 80%, eliminating commission revenue and ceding commissions in consolidation. Hagerty raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to between $305 million and $315 million and net income expectations to $48 million to $60 million.
