Growth and drivers
Aon recorded organic revenue growth of 7% in its Reinsurance Solutions division during the third quarter of 2026, following 5% growth in the second quarter and 4% in the first. Speaking on an earnings call, Aon Deputy CEO Andy Marcell attributed the performance to a combination of risk capital initiatives and business diversification. Marcell highlighted the firm's global FAC platform, digital infrastructure partnerships with carriers and alternative capital, and expansion into areas such as managing general agent treaty wins, capital advisory, and catastrophe bonds. He also pointed to the firm's strategy and technology group and the PathWise tool as key differentiators in the life advisory space, positioning the business for single mid-digit growth or greater through market cycles.
